About

For the first time, the negative impact of environmentally unfavorable water, soil, climate, and atmospheric factors on the immune system and normal microflora of the large intestine in children under 7 years of age living in the ecologically disadvantaged region of the Southern Aral Sea region was demonstrated. For the first time, a preventive bio- and immunocorrection for diarrheal diseases was developed in children under 7 years of age living in the ecologically disadvantaged region of the Southern Aral Sea region. For the first time, differential diagnostic nutrient media for the cultivation of diarrheal pathogens - Escerichia spp, Salmonella spp, and Candida spp - based on rice bran were developed and tested. For the first time, the microbiological aspects of the phenomenon of bacterial translocation were described in experimental studies, and the role of the immune system in the development of the phenomenon of bacterial translocation in the body was experimentally demonstrated. For the first time, the microbiological and hydrobiological properties of water in Uzbekistan's reservoirs were identified, and a monitoring scheme for the microbiological and hygienic safety of water use by the population living in the reservoir area was developed based on these characteristics. For the first time in Uzbekistan, the determination of the intestinal protozoan Cryptosporidium spp. in reservoir water samples was recommended, and a standard for drinking water in this region was developed. For the first time, the microbiological and parasitological properties of the water of the Amu Darya River were identified, and a monitoring scheme for the microbiological and hygienic safety of water use by the population living in the Amu Darya River basin was developed. For the first time, the principles of primary prevention of allergic diseases in children permanently residing in rural areas were developed based on the use of bio- and immunocorrectors. For the first time, the morphological, immunological, and microbiological characteristics of the effects of acute and chronic irradiation were proven in an experiment, and the positive effect of biopreparations on the survival of laboratory animals after various forms of irradiation was demonstrated. In 2023, was awarded the "Excellent Healthcare Worker" badge of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
