In 2008, received the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences. In 2011-2025, was the head of the department at the Urgench branch of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. Since 2019, has been an associate professor. In 2025, became Doctor of Psychological Sciences (DSc). Author of 4 textbooks, 3 textbooks, 2 monographs, 11 methodological guides, more than 200 articles, 5 software certificates. In 2021-2022, was the head of the project No. IL-402104155. He worked as a senior researcher in the project under the contract No. F4-009 (fundamental grant), In 2017-2019, under the practical grant No. BA-A5-027, and in 2020, as a junior researcher in the practical grant No. BF-4-016. Member of the INMACOM – Innovative master’s program in photonics and optical communications to meet the needs of the telecommunications labor market in Uzbekistan project under the ERASMUS+ program ERASMUS-EDU-2022-101083224. Member of the editorial board of the scientific journals Mezhdunarodniy shkolniy nauchniy vestnik (Russia) since 2016, and Journal of Innovations in Pedagogy and Psychology (Uzbekistan) since 2022. On January 14, 2021, was awarded the “Excellent in Spiritual and Educational Work” badge by Order No. 16 of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Participated in scientific meetings in Turkey and Azerbaijan.
